Eligibility for the U.S. Repatriation Program

To be eligible for the U.S. Repatriation Program (the "Program"), applicants must be:

1. An American citizen, or a dependent of one, such as a child,
2. Referred to the Program by the U.S. Department of State, and
3. Without available resources.
